| Mr. Speaker, This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3271">International Terran Bank</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. | Message | Mr. Speaker, The CUP is correct that our party has a connection to the International Terran Bank, any interested person could see this from their open account records. However, this connection does not mean that we are deriving any benefit from bringing our nation to the bank as a client. We see this as an investment opportunity for our nation and we encourage all other parties to view in the same way. Perhaps Ms. Cargill is unaware of how banking works but a.08% interest rate is quite high, much higher than other international banks, such as the one in Jelbania.
