| Mr. Speaker, I come before this House to ask them to authorize a deposit of 5 million LOD of our national surplus into the International Terran Bank so that our nation may start an account there. The ITB promises an annual return of .8%, this will be an excellent way to grow our surplus as this is money we are doing nothing with. 5 million is also a very small amount, so that if an emergency arises we will still have enough funds to take care of our nation. We can also see that with the current election result that is not going to happen. And this is the second best option in our opinion so we will vote yes.
