This regulation is adopted pursuant to the Foreign Affairs Budget Authorization Act of 3989. 14 U.R.L.C. § 1. (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=463548). This regulation shall be codified in the Code of Ministerial Regulations as follows: 14 C.M.R. § 1. (a) ESTABLISHMENT OF REGISTRY. The Ministry hereby establishes the Registry of Foreign Funds in order to account for the expenditures, distributions, allotments, allocations, and transfers of Foreign Funds pursuant to 14 U.R.L.C. § 1(4). (b) DOCUMENTATION OF APPROVAL. Prior to entry of an accounting activity into the Registry, the Ministry shall, after consideration of an application or unilateral approval, document its approval detailing the recipient of the funds, the funding amount, the length of time in which those funds shall be expended, and any attached terms and conditions. (b) FORMAT. An entry of a accounting activity shall be in the following format: MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS Foreign Funds Category: (Foreign Aid Fund Agreements) (Foreign Emergency Loan) (Military Purchases Loan) Recipient: (Name of foreign entity) Approval: (Link to Documentation of Approval) Funding Amount: Funding Period: Terms & Conditions: |
