| Thanks to our Imperial Viceroy's excellent international contacts, the Head of State, President Sheikh Abdul Baari bin Y'arubid of Hobrazia will be coming on a formal State Visit in Spring 3991. The President's Schedule. He will be escorted and accompanied by the Imperial Viceroy the whole time. FRIDAY 5th March 09.00 Formal Welcoming at the Fort William Airport by Imperial Viceroy Madeleine Bassett, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Malcolm Price accompanied by the Luthorian Guard of Honour. 10.15 Audience at the Royal Palace. The President will meet the Emperor, the Queen and the Crown Princess. 11.30 Lunch with the Imperial Viceroy and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. 13.30 Meeting with the Imperial Chancellor 15.00 Visit at Fort William University Hospital. Chief of Research Jason Middleton will be hosting. 16.00 Meeting with the International Society of Human Rights Chairman Evelyn Conway and Protector Sophia Lancaster. 19.00 Semi-formal Dinner at the Viceroy's Palace. SATURDAY 6th March 08.30 Breakfast with the Association of Young Entrepreneurs. 10.00 Meeting with Trade Union. 11.30 Lunch with the Minister of Finance Ingrid Lewenheusen and Minister of Trade and Industry Eric van Ginzen 14.00 Visit at a Naval Base by the Coast. Which one is still classified information. 16.30 Meeting with Luthori Employers Association's General Director Max Rothingren. Place not decided. 19.00 Formal State Dinner at the Royal Palace. The Emperor, the Queen, the Crown Princess, the Princess, the Imperial Viceroy, the Imperial Chancellor, all Ministers and leaders of the Opposition as well as industrial leaders will be present. The Emperor is the formal host. SUNDAY 7th March 11.00 Ecumenical High Mass at the Fort William Cathedral, led by the Archbishop Sir Francis Battenberg. 12.00 Lunch at the Grand Hotel with a following short Press Conference in the Vestibule. Only invited Journalists. 14.45 The President's plane leaves the Fort William Airport. |
