Voting deadline: December 4001
Description[?]:
Every party has a 3 point vote and 1 point vote. You could ONLY vote on the nominated persons in this description. BRYAN ARINSON (Conservative Party of Luthori) Imperial Chancellor 3913-3921. "This man sat for 8 years and increased stability and economical growth in the nation. Even if the debate was a lot cooler than today he managed to hold together a very divergent cabinet for many years." JAMES BURLINGTON (Liberal Alliance) Imperial Chancellor 3926-3930. "This calm gentleman restored the Liberal Alliance's voter base. After beeing a party with 3-4% during the 3900's and 3910's he restored the party to a 10-15% level. He was respected among both conservatives and socialists. During his years the defence was strenghtened and the Church of Luthori was invited in to national debate." MADELEINE BASSETT (Liberal Alliance) Imperial Chancellor 3974-3978 and Imperial Viceroy 3987-3991. "This lady is one of the most influential politicians in Luthori in the 40th Century. Initially elected as a more moderate candidate after the controversial Sophia Lancaster, Bassett was indeed thrown into the fire and came out as a National Leader and a legendary Icon for many luthorians. She restored the Emperor and was the architect for the new restored Empire and is now our Ambassador in Hutori." PETER BUCKLEY. (Progressive Conservative Party) Imperial Chancellor 3935-3539. "Even though he was Chancellor only for four years, he was one of the most prominent politicians for two decades. This man was a good debater and a good campaigner, and had a hard time keeping nationalists outside the cabinet and try to cooperate with social liberal movements. A good leader for the country." ROSCOE W CHANDLER (Liberal Alliance) Imperial Chancellor 3986-3991. "Sat as Chancellor during the Wilderness years of the late 80's. Managed to keep a majority Cabinet even though he was forced to two Cabinet reshuffles. His pragmatic conservative liberalism cooled down the situation and meant that the rebellion to dry up. During his term, he was a popular and a sympathetic leader." ELIZABETH GENN. "I'd like to nominate Elizabeth Genn, if it wasn't for me none of the Royalists would be so authoritarian and the Republicans so libertarian I changed the political stage, if you'd ask me that is. All though I wasn't here the entire century Luthori politics have been changed for some time for now." WILLIAM ORANGEHOUSER (National Party) "Won the first Presidency of the Commonwealth, and eventually played an integral part in putting down the rebellion. Also respectively served as Imperial Viceroy. Brought the National Party to the center stage, a party that was once down to only 5 seats under previous leadership." ROSLYN WINSHIP (Progressive Conservative Party) Imperial Chancellor 3942-3950. "Winship should also be mentioned and she was a lot stronger than Buckley. Winship ruled over Luthori with near dictatorial dule, she transformed the Progressive Cons into a far right party that dominated Luthori for decades. Only after every party banded together was she finally topped from power." MAXIMILIAN DURANT. (Imperial Conservative League) "He has been a huge figure in bring back (very strongly too) the nobility and pushing for Luthori to return to the Terran stage and reclaim her empire of old. Reformed the ICU after centuries of inactivity, and in two elections brought the party to be just shy of being the largest in the legislature. If he could get the Imperial Government system fully restored I would dare say he would win at least Aristocrat of the Century." RESULT: Elizabeth Genn 10 p Madeleine Bassett 9 p William Orangehouser 4 p Roscoe W Chandler 2 p Maximilian Durant 1 p Peter Buckley 1 p Bryan Arinson 1 p |
