I will only vote on this bill if their is a commitment into the research of nuclear fusion and a serious effort to boost energy production by tidal power - by far the BEST form of renewable energy. |

@PAL I do agree with you however that would likely be better in a bill addressing research, I think there is actually a potential proposal in the big list about it. |
