We, the Progressive Party, propose the following bill to ensure there are no restrictions on the freedom to assemble in Mordusia. The government and police have no place in quashing the assemblage of people, peaceful or not. |

Message | We appreciate this bill's intent, as freedom of speech and assembly are vital in Mordusia. However, we must balance this reasonably with public safety concerns. If a riot is occurring, police must be able to intervene and protect the citizens. |
