MessageMembers of the Senate,

I submit this bill on behalf of the Likaton Unity Party. It is my party's belief that this legislation will do a great bit to greatly increase our educational outlook and prospects. I therefore move for Unanimous Consent. If there is no objection before March 4009, this legislation will move to a vote.

I Yield the floor of the Senate.
