Currently the Likatonian Republic Military carries a discriminatory policy towards certain personal sexual orientations which should be no matter of the state.

Hereby,

1. The Likatonian Military is prohibited from asking about sexual orientation of its members or prospective members.

2. The Likatonian Military shall be a fair and equal arm of the government, and prohibits the discrimination of its members and those in the process of entering on the basis of sexual orientation.
