| Air travel and transportation is a vital and important industry that should not be entrusted entirely in the hands of the Private Sector, but not entirely in the Public Sector. Hereby, 1. Creates the 'Air Travel & Transportation Commission' or 'ATTC', a commission of 8 members to be appointed by the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport. 2. The ATTC shall work with the executive branch, and be over-sighted by the Senata on developing plans on what warrants a nationalization and what regulations to put forth on Air Travel & Transportation. The Minister responsible then will consider the plans and put them forth on consent of the Senata final overview. |
