Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: May 4026
Description[?]:
Due to the recent disbanding of three parties in Beluzia, we have decided to create a Disbanding Law, which parties should follow as to prevent many vacancies in Parliament. The law is as follows: I) Disbanding i) All parties are required to announce when they will be disbanding as to prevent vacancies in Parliament (before a general election or before an early election, not after) ii) All parties are required to post the announcement of their disbanding by sending a message to all political parties so that they can draw up an early election bill immediately after the announcement iii) Parties who disband after a general or early election will be subjected to a censure vote by Parliament (which requires a simple majority to pass) iv) If parties do not disband after censure vote, another censure vote will be drawn until the party gives in v) If parties still do not disband after many censure votes, then legal action will be taken vi) If parties still do not disband after legal action, then arrests will be made for violating the Amendment |
