Proposed: The government grants no diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are subject to arrest and prosecution and civil action under all laws of the host nation.

Withdraw from the Makon Air Defense Initiative.
Article 3
Withdraw from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Article 4
Withdraw from the International Convention on Intellectual Property Rights.
