| In cases where foreign investors own more than fifty percent of a Dundorfian company (I) all foreign investors together hold no more than 49% of voting rights distributed proportionally. At least 51% of voting rights are distributed proportionally among the national investors. (II) if national investors own less than 25% of a company the vote shares of national investors are doubled and the remaining national voting shares fall in equal parts to the national government and the company's employees. (III) shares may only be sold to national investors. |
