Thousands of people die every year from smoking. Even more are exposed to it's harmful substances and can get cancer and many other diseases. In regards to public health we much regulate this harmful substance. |

Current: Advertising is banned.

Proposal[?] to change Government policy towards smoking.
Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings.
Current: Smoking is prohibited.
Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment.
