Bill: Bill HI-7: National Curriculum Restriction Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Party of Hutori
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 4043
Description[?]:
It is unwise that we must force a national curriculum down every school's throat, as it unfairly treats every child as if they were only a statistic and not a human being. Every child and school in every region of Hutori is different, and as such we must pass legislation that allows the local governments to choose their own curriculum for their schools. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change National Curriculum
Old value:: There is a National Curriculum which all government schools are obliged to follow; non-government schools are partially exempt.
Current: There is a National Curriculum which is advisory only and is not binding on any schools.
Proposed: There is no National Curriculum; curriculum policies for all schools are determined on a local level by local governments.
