Voting deadline: July 4086
Description[?]:
OOC: I wanted to make a actual primary season and have it be a bit insane. Feel free to play along with it. I am putting it in a bill until i can move it to a better location. *July 4050* It is the first of July and things are getting started for the SLP, with the first candidate for the primary, former PM Sara Stanley declaring herself as a candidate yet again. The aging radical environmentalist had this to say about her candidacy, "Beluiza faces many challenges to its progress that has been made throughout the past 30 years. Once again, conservative movements are rising and have already taken steps against the environment, increased the probability of farm overproduction, and are now trying to bring back big banks and mass firearm ownership. This election means more for us and for the progressive movement then any election in our recent history. We now have a movement that wants to make is mere puppets of an imperial monarchy that restricts the rights of its workers and only cares about its elite. We need to mobilize the progressive movement and the socialist movement, we need to fight for our workers, and we need to stop this new conservative movement from tearing our progress to shreds" That was Sara Stanley earlier today. This marks the first steps toward the national convention being planned for December, with the primaries occurring in November. *7th of July* Well, contributing to the new contention being shown in the SLP this week is a controversial candidacy in the form of shadow Foreign Affairs minister Harvey Hammond. What makes him so controversial, take a listen, "The party establishment and the Senatorial establishment are opening the flood gates to immigrants and to foreign goods and companies. We need to not sit around as these crooked politicians sell off our jobs and our country. We need to get fair deals and close the doors. We need our country back." That was Mr. Hammond, young in the ranks and became a shadow minister after an astounding electoral victory in his district. This has brought the field of candidates to 12, ensuring that this contest is going to be contentious in every manner. And now we are getting a statement from the favorite to win, Sara Stanley, "this man is a bigot and a disgrace to the party. When promoting him, we had no idea he was this far away from our views, but he will stay in the shadow cabinet for the sake of stability" Other candidates announcing today were former Governor Bernie Carter and the radical Sen Rand Wilkins, both campaigning on a farther left platform than Stanley. *9th July* It looks like we have our last candidate delclare today in the form of Sen Omar Tyler, joining the field of now 15 candidates. Sen Tyler is calling for a compromise with the right as well as an attempt to attack Hammond, who today called for a severe limiting of immigrants to the country as well as a strong crack down on those that possibly entered the country illegally. *1st of August* New polls have come out and they are, well, unexpected in results(polls are in party description). The notable result here is 27% of SLP voters saying that they back Hammond with only 18% to Stanley. Hammond commented, "these numbers show that a plurality of the party is ready for a new direction and that it will soon be a majority. It's time we stop our jobs from being taken and it is time for the workers of this great nation to rise up". An interesting remark came from former president Dick Richards, who said that "We have lost the direction of our base and I fear the direction [Hammond] is taking this party". Hammond's campaign manager, Bill Clarkson, said that "the numbers look good and we wish to take this to November. We will get the majority that we need and we will take this country down a different path". The party seems to be tearing itself apart in tone, as Hammond throws words like "fraud" and "ignorant" and other such words at his opponents, who generally respond with words like "bigot" and "racist". They agreed to hold weekly debates starting late September and hitting all 5 states of the country by the end of October. |

Message | In a press conference today, eight high ranking politicians endorsed former PM Sara Stanley for the party leadership. They include: Sir Francis Xavier Romanovic II, PhD, former President of Beluzia Sir Julius Romanus Furgenster A.P.S, Prime Minister of Beluzia Dr Jomas Tomanovic, PhD, A.P.S, B.A., B.S, Shadow Minister of Foreign Affairs Rachel Jane Adams, A.P.S, PhD, A.S, M.Phil, H.B.Econ., Shadow Minister of Finance Sir Janus Hartmann A.S, A.P.S, B.A., B.S, Minister of Defence Sir Christian Rasmussen Frederich PhD, M.Ed., B.A., B.S, Joint Leader of the BPDP Dr Johnson Henry Greg PhD, A.P.S, B.A., B.S, M.Phil., Minister of Education and Culture Dame Vanda Rachele Csilla Liviana McConnell MIA, M.Ed., B.A., Minister of Health and Social Services These individuals slammed Mr Hammond, saying that he was not a Beluzian and that his remarks were harmful to the Beluzian value of acceptance. They called for the SLP to expel him from the party and they ordered for an immediate deportation of this 'filthy xenophobic sea urchin'. They praised former PM Sara Stanley, saying that she was the ideal candidate to represent the party due to her strong anti-conservative position and her being a champion of the progressive movement. They also called on the other candidates to withdraw and to endorse Sara Stanley as to prevent a ultra-conservative taking over a party with strong liberal opinions. Also, in the press conference, the topic of the BPDP leadership election was brought up. President Romanovic was asked about rumours of a revolt in the party over disagreements on issues and the inept leadership (brought up by the liberal conservative BPDP faction) of the party leaders. President Romanovic denied all allegations and said that the party was functioning and there were no membership changes in the Parliamentary Faction. President Romanovic also announced that Sir Frederich will be retiring from his post and that a new joint leader will be elected in the upcoming months. When Sir Frederich was asked about whether it was because of old age or health issues, he replied: "Like my predecessors, I would like the younger generation to take over the reins of the party and I will in the best of my ability support whoever I find suitable". Again, President Romanovic was asked about retirement, but he declined to comment and left, with other members following in his lead. |

Message | Several prominent members of the BLFP have officially endorsed Sen. Omar Tyler, including: Prof. Aaron Geary, leader of the BLFP Hon. Sen. Richard Willard Pocock, most senior senator of the BLFP Sen. Amelia Hound Dr. Eddy Bond, former BLFP candidate for Minister of Internal Affairs The general sentiments they all expressed were a willingness to work with the left to create a fair compromise. In their respective press conferences, Prof. Geary, appearing on stage with his wife Aki Fujimoto-Geary, called Hammond a "racist and a disgrace to Beluzian politics", and Dr. Eddy Bond called his anti-immigration ideas "unfeasible, nigh on impossible to even begin". Sen. Hound also stated that "this nation has been built on immigration from all over. People from all walks of life have come to this nation, in hopes of following the Beluzian dream of freedom and opportunity. If Beluzian voters truly believe in that message, then we must all be in agreement that Mr. Hammond cannot be allowed to hijack the SLP." In the various press conferences, the BLFP leadership was made a topic, and the general response was that Prof. Geary was up for reelection, without major opposition as of yet. |

Message | In a second press conference today, President Romanovic announced that it was time for the SLP to be more accepting of the BLFP and the LP. He said that without bipartisanship, our nation would not move on and that we would be dragged down back into the hard times that Beluzia suffered from because of a complete crackdown in cooperation between the left, center and the right. He also called for the SLP to reconsider their stance towards the moderates of the Parliament and to agree to a cabinet proposal involving them. When asked about the BPDP leadership for the second time, President Romanovic denied to comment and only said that there was no significant opposition in the party. |

Message | The party chairman announced earlier today that the convention and primaries were pushed back a month with the debates occurring 3 days before a December primary and the final one being the first week of January. Each region will give delegates 3x their total number of seats, with a super delegate for every senator. On the remarks by the BPDP leadership, party chair Lindsey Turing stated that "As much as his remarks go against our values on inclusivity, we would not be much worse if we kick out our front runner for his political views. The point of this process is to give all of our voters a voice in the primary" Sara Stanley had this to say after recent endorsements "We thank our longtime allies in the BPDP and I personally hope that he and his disgusting views drop out as soon as possible." Most candidates expressed that they were going to stay in the race, with Gov Carter saying "To not give the voters a choice before the first vote is cast is not something we wish to do". Hammond called the remarks by the BPDP "A threat to our political process" if what they called happened and he commended Ms Turing for "standing up against crooked politicians in the name of the people" |

Message | In a press conference, President Romanovic slammed Hammond's remarks of "A threat to our political process" and "standing up against crooked politicians in the name of the people", saying that he was a no-brainer and that he was the real threat to the political process. He also called for the SLP voters and delegates to unite behind Sara Stanley and other capable progressives as to prevent the radical, anti-Yeudis, neo-Nazi and a son of a ***** from taking control of the SLP. OOC: Mind my vulgar language |

Message | As the SLP primaries gear up and the debates begin, more and more members of the BLFP have begun endorsing Sen. Tyler on his message of compromise. The BLFP chairman, Prof. Aaron Geary, expressed gratitude at the BPDP's proposal to the SLP that they be more accepting of the more conservative parties. Geary also placed some blame for Hammond's rise on Stanley's leadership styles, claiming that she "could have, and should have done more to prove that the SLP is not a place for racists and bigots. In her refusal to strip [Hammond] of his cabinet position, she has proven that she is willing to accept racism in her party". However, a few newer, first-term BLFP senators have endorsed Hammond, including Sen. Chelsea Aston. Aston, when asked about her support, claimed that Hammond was "an outsider, someone not touched by the corruption of the status quo". She also confronted Prof. Geary's claims that Hammond was racist, claiming that "Hammond is only looking out for the Beluzian people". When asked about how she felt about her party's leadership, she did not give a straightforward answer, instead choosing to say that she believes that "while [Geary] has done an excellent job at building a party up in such a short time, he may not be the best candidate for his position". Some BLFP members, including the BLFP candidate for Minister of Defence, Deloris Curtis, have been actively protesting outside Hammond's rallies, claiming that his bigoted rhetoric has no place in Beluzia. |

Bennie Carter 9% Sen Delbert Pittman 4% Sen Roland Doyle 4% Sen Rand Wilkins 15% Sen Julie Woods 3% Sen Jerry Johns 2% Sen Ricardo Duke 2% Sen Gerard Martin <1% Sen Jorge Reilly <1% Sen Omar Tyler 5% Sen Isaac Nash <1% This shows here that the former PM is dropping hard. She would have to pull a strong debate performance this Thursday in order to stop this negative momentum. Meanwhile, Senators Martin, Reilly, and Nash have dropped out due to bad polls. All of them encouraged their supporters to "vote with your gut, not the rhetoric and lies presented by some of the candidates on top". Sen Nash has endorsed Sen Wilkins, saying that he is the best chance we have at repairing party ties. |

Message | The BPDP condemns Sen. Chelsea Aston's remarks, saying that she is no different than Mr Hammond and that she is a racist herself by endorsing Mr Hammond. Responding to the opinion polls, the BPDP condemns the SLP voters for not putting faith into Sara Stanley after the high profile endorsements by members of the BPDP. But the BPDP has also criticised PM Stanley for her leadership style, like the BLFP for letting ultra-conservatives enter the shadow cabinet and for her decision to promote him into the shadow cabinet before reviewing his political credentials. The BPDP will be watching the SLP debates closely and hopes that Sara Stanley will come out as the winner of the debates. If in any case Sara Stanley drops out of the race due to poor polling numbers, the BPDP will endorse whichever candidate who is a firm believer in the Third Way idea. When asked by media about the leadership race, President Romanovic furiously answered: "If you sons of ******* ask me that one more time, I'll complain to your newspaper companies for hiring such bad mannered reporters" |

Message | We have some highlights coming in from the first debate in Port Bailon. Things were heated from Hanmond's opening statement "We need to stop our jobs being taken, our welfare abused, and our jobs being sold by corrupt senators. We need to close the floodgates and ensure that Belizian programs and welfare is for Belizians". Stanley opened up with "we are facing a threat in the form of bigotry and xenophobia. I encourage us all rally together to stop this madman in our center stage". She received several cheers and boos in the audience from that. However, obviously, she did not go second, that was Sen Wilkins. He stated that "This new party infighting needs to be put behind us. We are here to talk issues and I hope that we can do that". Gov Carter had a similar statement, saying "we cannot let petty fighting define this party." However, that went out on the first question to Hanmond on immigration. "What we need is to make sure we know who comes in and that they will be useful. We cannot have mass migration. We.." Hammond was saying when Stanley interrupted with the question "Will you deport people?" "We will deport more than your foreign loving group that wants to sell off our country" leading to her to respond with "We are doing what is best for all of our people, unlike your big business loving policy". This led to half a minute of insults, including "corrupt" and "a crook". Sen Tyler got involved, yelling at the two candidates to "be civil". He then proceeded to say "immigration helps our economy and enhances our society". Hammond responded with his normal jobs argument. The debate moved on to free trade, where Hammond, with senators Johns and Duke called for increased barriers to grow local businesses. Gov carter and Stanley called for a continuation to the current policy. The rest wanted to tear down imports, with Sen Wilkins calling for an international solution. Things got even worse with the military section. Here is what Hammond feels about the state of the military, "While I am not calling for overwhelming force, we need to strengthen our military. The past 20 years saw the armed forces go from pathetic to unable to do anything. We need to buildup our ar..." Once again, Stanley interrupted, calling him an "imperialist that only wants to destroy our foreign relations". Hammond called her a "peace loving hippie" and gov Carter criticized both Hammond and Stabley, calling them "children fighting over the lives of our armed forces" Sen O'malley then interrupted, saying "I know we are polling low numbers but where is the time for us? I feel that we need to but 4 of the 5 billion in defense into other programs and we need to push for peace." The rest of the debate saw Stanley and Hammond duel while others desperately tried to speak. Polls on who won put the debate on a 3 way lead with Hammond, Carter, and Wilkins, with Stanley being second from the bottom. This was not the debate she wanted and Mr. Richards called her performance "a circus act". |

Message | We do not wish to comment on the debates due to the continued infighting and if this continues, we might have to reconsider our relationship with the SLP. If Mr Hammond is elected party leader, we will cut ties with the SLP completely until the progressive wing takes back power. No further comment. |

Message | Shortly after the SLP debate in Port Bailon, at a rally for Mr. Hammond where Sen. Aston intended to speak in support of Hammond, several members of the BLFP, led by BLFP Shadow Minister of Defense Deloris Curtis, led a protest outside the venue. Tempers escaated, and they got into a fistfight with some of Hammond's supporters. It is unknown who threw the first punch, but many people, including both Ms. Curtis and former BLFP Shadow Minister of Internal Affairs Dr. Eddy Bond, were badly injured by the time local law enforcement came to break up the fighting. Prof. Geary immediately held a press conference, where he stated that he was "shocked and appalled by the actions of both sides". He continued with stating that "reasonable, civil politics has no place for such barbaric violence, and that such actions are no way to combat a political disagreement". When questioned on what this fight may mean for the leadership of the BLFP, Geary declined to comment, stating that "now is not the time to discuss leadership. Now is the time to fully understand what happened". When asked if he would consider asking Ms. Curtis to step down from her position, Geary stated that "her outburst, while not justified, is understandable. We in the BLFP, again, will need to understand the facts before coming to any conclusion on that end". In response to Geary's press conference, Sen. Chelsea Aston has officially stated that she will be running for Geary's positions in the BLFP, claiming that "the current administration's hesitance to make decisions has caused this violence. If [Geary] cannot control his own shadow cabinet, how can he control the nation? I am running to put Beluzia first, and to put some actual leadership into this party". Many high-ranking BLFP officials in the party have outright condemned Sen. Aston, with Ms. Curtis going so far as to call Aston a "traitor to the BLFP and to Beluzia as a whole". |

Message | With regards to the recent violence, Sen Wilkins called the recent fights "a disgrace and not what this party is about" while Gov Carter called the fights "horrible" bit said that "BLFP leaders and the leaders of other parties should try to not take physical action in an SLP affair." Stanley called the fights a "political disaster" and Hammond said that "I will not tolerate other parties sending protestors" and that he supports Sen Aston "standing up to party establishments" Meanwhile, a new poll leading into the Bailon primary puts out this Stanley 5% Hammond 31% O'Malley 2% Frazier 10% Carter 10% Pittman 5% Doyle 5% Wilkins 20% Woods 1% Johns 1% Duke <1% Tyler 6% Woods, Johns, and Duke decided to drop out after falling poll numbers and a poor debate performance, all endorsing Wilkins. Stanley continues to collapse after terrible campaigning that Formaer President Richards described as "Unlike the fierce fighter I had to fight. The great fighter and stateswoman I fought has disappeared". O'Malley vowed to stay in the race until Bailon, despite his old brand of SLP policy being away from the recent Richards style policy that has dominated the party. Gov Carter said that "a victory for Wilkins in Bailon would be just as much of a disaster as a Hammond victory. We need a strong progressive that can campaign and I encourage Stanley to let me be that progressive" |

Message | The BPDP has had enough of this infighting within the SLP, which has led to the rise of racism and bigotry in the BPDP and in the BLFP and the increase of conservative members of both parties. If parties refuse to cooperate and still criticise one another, we will have no choice but to disband our party and leave for another nation (probably Davostag, our ancestral nation). We condemn Sen. Chelsea Aston for challenging Prof. Geary's leadership, saying that he is an inept leader and that his decisions has caused this violence. We call for the immediate expulsion of Sen. **** Aston and for all other parties to do the same. Responding to a question asked by the public during a televised interview over leadership, President Romanovic said: "You see, I'm a conservative on this issue. I personally don't like announcing whether I'm not running or not, as that will harm the integrity of our party and our electoral success. But considering the infighting within the SLP and the rise of ultra-conservatives, neo-Nazis, fascists, xenophobics and no brainer sons of bitches in our nation, we might have to call for a new leadership election to see who will decide the future of Beluzia. But for now, I'm staying silent on this matter and if this escalates to the extreme, we will consider calling one." When asked about the rise of racism and bigotry in our party, he responded: "I'm fully aware of the rise of racism and bigotry in the BPDP and in the BLFP. Sen. Chelsea Aston's comments have made her not a Beluzia and PM Furgenster is seriously considering the possibility of revoking her Beluzian citizenship and deporting her out of the nation. Our party now has 950,000 members who are conservative and that number is expected to rise. We believe that the rise in conservative members is a plot by conservative groups around Beluzia to try to take power from the progressives who run our nation and ruin it with their ultra-conservative laws. Our party is seriously considering the expulsion of these fucking bitches of Satan and the murders of these people. If conservatives continue to infiltrate our party, we will have no choice but to disband our party and move back to Davostag to reform the now conservative laws under the bad leadership of the Satanic Republican Party. So to all conservatives out there: FUCK YOU!" Racism and bigotry is now a increasingly serious issue in Beluzia and we appeal to the educated masses, especially children not to learn from these people and go on rants of hate. We are a peace-loving nation, not a nation where crime, hate, oppression runs rampant caused by decades of failed conservative policies |

Message | The BPDP has decided to reverse its endorsement and we are now endorsing Senator Rand Wilkins, a dear friend of President Romanovic and Sir Frederich for the party leadership of the SLP. We hope that this high profile endorsement will help improve his polling numbers so that he can stall Mr Hammond's increasing momentum. To PM Stanley, we are sorry, but your campaign has not been successful and we have no choice but to condemn your leadership by making bad decisions and allowing an ultra-conservative be in the Shadow Cabinet, now resulting in an increase of racism and bigotry in the BPDP and BLFP. Also, your inept leadership has resulted in this period of violence that we now face. We call for the SLP to expel Sara Stanley from the party so that a more progressive voice can join the campaign to stall Hammond's momentum. To Mr Hammond and his family: You're all racists and sons of bitches. We hope that your bodies will rot in hell and that Satan will crucify your family in the underworld. |

Message | As more information about the fighting comes in, Prof. Geary issued a press statement offering an apology to the SLP for the BLFP fights at Hammond's rally. "This is not what our party is about, and I condemn the actions taken," he stated, clearly angered and disappointed by the actions of some of the members of the party. "This kind of action cannot be tolerated; we must not let ourselves fall to the same level as Mr. Hammond". When asked about Ms. Curtis, Geary stated that "her performance is in review, and we are looking at the facts of what did and did not happen". When asked to comment about his challenger, Geary scoffed at the notion. "I still believe that the members of the BLFP, and all of Beluzia, is better than people like Aston and Hammond. Their sentiments are not the kind of rhetoric that has made Beluzia". When asked about debates, Geary refused to comment. Sen. Aston, in response, has called Geary a "coward, a pathetic, little man with small hands", before making an obscene gesture on camera. She also stated that she intends to commission greater border security, to prevent immigrants from getting in or terrorists from getting out of Beluzia. "We simply cannot trust outsiders! Our neighbors gave refuge to terrorists", Aston stated at her most recent rally, in reference to the terrorist attacks in 4043. "To say that our neighbors care about us is asinine, and I reject the notion that anyone with half a brain would support our open borders". On the topic of the violence at Hammond's rallies, Aston responded with "If anyone tries that at one of my rallies, well, I've got a shotgun in the trunk of my car". BLFP party officials expressed outrage at Aston's comments, claiming that juvenile insults and threats are not welcome in the BLFP. |

Message | President Romanovic has said: "Sen. Aston's remarks on our dear friend Prof. Geary are simply unacceptable and childlike and we say this: SEN. ASTON: GO TO HELL AND WE HOPE THAT YOUR FAMILIES BODIES ROT IN HELL AND THAT SATAN WILL CRUCIFY AND TORTURE YOU IN THE UNDERWORLD" When asked about leadership elections, President Romanovic has finally responded to this question. He said: "I am announcing a party leadership election, as this infighting in the SLP has gone too far and secondly, there is a strong conservative candidate in our party that is running for the leadership of our party. We appeal to our supporters to choose who they think will represent their values and not choose a candidate who will not represent their values." But when asked about whether he was running for reelection for leadership or not, President Romanovic declined to comment further, but said that he was considering all possibilities. |

Message | In a recent rally, Sen. Aston stated that Pres. Romanovic is only attacking her because "the poor guy's scared and compensating". In response to the potential of the BPDP leaving, Aston retorted with "they can go back to where they came, and ruin some other nation, for all I care! We need to protect Beluzia first". She also claimed that God was on her side, and "if anyone will be crucified and tortured, it's your liberal policies that have RUINED Beluzia". She also backed the conservatives in the BPDP, arguing that they "need to take their party back, and help bring sanity back to Beluzia". She finished by claiming that "if Geary still has his manhood, he can feel free to openly debate me". The BLFP officials have been openly attacking Sen. Aston, for what many call her "childish remarks". In response to Aston's call for a debate, Geary responded with "debating her would give her candidacy the legitimacy it does not deserve. To debate her would be a disservice to the BLFP, to Beluzia, and to the world". When asked about Curtis, Geary stated that "there are talks about what to do regarding the incident. She has been a wonderful person and a huge help to this party for the past seven and a half years, and this is the first instance she has ever done something like this. This is also setting a precedent for the future, and I do not take that lightly". |

Message | OOC: I made a thing http://i.imgur.com/kt38MPi.png IC: We have a key race alert coming in from Bailon. With nearly 80% of the primary vote reporting we can project that Hammond has won the Bailon primary with 36% of the vote. Tonight, the SLP rocks at its core. While Hammond is still economically on the left in welfare, the one thing the entire party shares, his controversial views on immigration and the military and moderate views on other social issues have made him a controversial figure in the party. Tonight's result is also a disaster for the old favorite Sara Stanley, who both under-performed her expected polls and only won her home county. However, that win was in the most split county in the state and an outlier for her. Hammond also slightly under-performed, as a surge of support for Wilkins and Carter helped keep them competitive. Fraizer also massively under-performed as it looks like counties he was leading in went to Wilkins in large numbers. Stanley has decided to hold out and wait for the Iker Ado Primary next week, but she sounded reluctant in tone, leading to some to believe that she questioned her decision. |

Message | In response to Hammond's win in Bailon, Sen. Chelsea Aston has openly celebrated for her favorite, and even made a personal donation to his campaign. She also doubled-down on expressing her need for a wall between Beluzia and the nation's many neighbors, to prevent terrorists from leaving as easily and to stop immigration. She even suggested that Beluzia's neighbors, specifically the Holy Luthori Empire and the Commonwealth of Rutenia, should primarily pay for the structure, as retribution for housing terrorists. |

Message | With regards to several comments by the BPDP, Hammond said that "I would not use that kind of language. You can disagree with our movement, but to use that language is too far". Sen Wilkins said that "to describe the entire SLP by the front runner is unacceptable. The party is not a party of racists, but when a candidate falsely promises jobs through those means, people listen. I do not think that every Hammond supporter is racist, rather misguided" Meanwhile, ahead of the next debate, Fraizer has announced that he is dropping out and has endorsed Gov Carter. It is unclear what this means for the remaining 4 primaries, but we could see Carter swing into competition with Hammond if others follow in Fraizer's footsteps. |

Message | In a recent rally, President Romanovic attacked Sen. Aston's remarks on "the poor guy's scared and compensating", "they can go back to where they came, and ruin some other nation, for all I care! We need to protect Beluzia first", "if anyone will be crucified and tortured, it's your liberal policies that have RUINED Beluzia", "need to take their party back, and help bring sanity back to Beluzia". He said: POOR! How am I poor, you ****? I'm 141, I have a high reputation in Beluzian politics, I live a normal life, unlike you bigots who live in big mansions which are the houses of the top 1% of the 10% of the 0.001%. You're the poor woman. Your mother is an ignorant human being and it is because of their bad parenting that lead you to become such a filthy horse. Go to hell, mother******! Go back to where they came? We're not immigrants! We're emigrants! There is a difference between these two words. A person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country is an immigrant and A person who leaves their own country in order to settle permanently in another is an emigrant. We only came here because of poor electoral results and a lack of political partisanship. Our former party, UDAP, was even more successful than your Conservative Satanist group, Aston, or Asshole. Our laws brought real change, while you're doing nothing but criticising like a whining baby who has just fallen of his chair (laughter). And we did not ruin Davostag. It was the Satanic Republican Party that ruined it. After many progressive parties disbanded, including longtime friends of ours, the DLP, the Satanic Republican Party became the sole ruler of Beluzia and now, Davostag is in a state of turmoil. I don't even dare think about the nation that my father once was party leader in. A horrible, low life, rundown nation full of ultra-conservatives. How can you protect Beluzia first if you are inept of running the nation, shown by your childish remarks? Go **** yourself, stupid piece of shit. God is on your side. Nice. Very nice, considering that you believe in the religion of childish racism (laughter). Satan's on your side, which is what has corrupted you and made you say all these crazy remarks about immigrants, borders, walls, clothes, food, baby chairs, baby food (laughter). If anyone's crucified and tortured, it should be you and Mr Hammond and their followers, shown to the public on the streets. I do not care if people come and kill you. We will have no remorse. We will not attend your funeral. Instead, we will pee on your dead bodies and we will celebrate your deaths with a glass of champagne and have some sex parties (laughter). Just joking about that. As honest politicians and not corrupt ones, we will never have sex. Liberal policies have not ruined Beluzia. It is the previous conservative policies that ruined Beluzia. You probably did not even bother to go through the Archives. If you do, there are plenty of failed conservative bills that were passed. Here: our introduction of our manifesto, dated 4029. Keep in mind that this is old information, so some things must be disregarded: Beluzia is a better place to live in now than it was when the BCCP (Bailonese Council Communist Party), the Conservative Party and OM (Our Movement) were parties represented in Parliament. Their policies, mostly in favour of devolution, were disastrous and resulted in a rift between the left and right, which was not common for Beluzia to have. At one point, the BCCP even called for Bailonese independence from the so called “oppressive federal government” after several bills were passed that centralized the policies of education and energy. The rhetoric of their former leader, Fedor Hope was radical and he proposed to use an “illegal” militia to take over Bailon as a right to self-determination and to conduct activities such as forced expulsion of immigrants, free abortions and free euthanasia to local communities. Though they did not call themselves “terrorists”, we in the BPDP adopted a stance of anti-terrorism in response to the violent acts of the BCCP (though we did not publicly announce our decision). These acts of terror raged on throughout the nation and as the days passed, they eventually turned to the extreme and became a extremist party. One of their extreme ideas was demanding suicides from the opposition if the Presumed Consent with Organ Donation Bill passed in Parliament (it eventually did). They also said that they were going to burn themselves in caskets because of this horrible law. Eventually, after the passing of this bill, their party leader and four other Confederate Party (as they were known before they renamed themselves to BCCP) candidates had their bodies burnt outside Parliament after they were voluntarily euthanised. Like all other parties during our time, they eventually became less involved in the political process of Beluzia and disbanded. With the dissolution of many other parties and a more peaceful, calmed down situation in Beluzia, there has been progress towards a stronger, fairer and united society. But this progress has not been fast enough. Opportunities of changing the nation have been missed due to the constant abstentions of parties when bills are put to vote (evident in the pass few terms of Parliament). Crucial issues have been ignored and many out of the question proposals have been passed. The citizens of Beluzia have been demanding for real change for a long time. They do not want a Parliament where unimportant laws are changed overtime. They want a Parliament where important issues such as defense, welfare, education are discussed and change. According to a anonymous political science professor from Fort Thorne National University: “Beluzian politics has reached a new low. Parties rarely attend Parliament and votes have ended up being passed with very low voting figures. For example, the recently passed TOC1 Bill proposed by the now refounded Stanton House was passed with 89 yeas and 64 nays, with 440 abstentions. This is not the Parliament that people want to see. This trend has been evident in recent elections, where turnout is fairly low and does not reach the 90% mark at all. Another factor is the dissolution of parties each Parliamentary term. The past few days, we have noticed parties from the left and right disbanding either before the election or after the election. After an election is the most popular choice. A few months after an election, parties disband and Parliament is left scrambling around drawing up early election motions right after. Our Parliament has not been able to go through a full term in Parliament and we end up having five month Parliaments, three year ones, two years ones and so on and so forth. Nothing is passed in these short intervals and the faith in our Parliament has dropped to a new low. From 75% just two to three years ago, only 25% have faith in our Parliament. This has to stop”. We can see how dissatisfied people are right now with the inner workings of Parliament. From a Parliament where bills were proposed and voted on every single day (with very long voting lists), we have now turned to a Parliament where bills are not proposed and voted on every single day. We call these two descriptors Functional Parliament and Dysfunctional Parliament. Though we have to say that even our own party does not do much work in Parliament, we have legislators going to Parliament House every day working 24/7, responding to calls from constituents, drafting amendments, preparing for press conferences, no matter whether Parliament is in session or not. This is what the BPDP would like to see. We would like to see a Parliament where legislators work 24/7 no matter what, a Parliament where the crucial issues are discussed, a Parliament which is not influenced by big corporations, a Parliament where parties are not always disbanding and a Parliament where elected legislators are composed of citizens (not the old men that we have right now) which are good at what they do, servants to their communities, families and friends, have never held or sought public office and agrees on a united economic, social justice and climate change platform. It is only then that together, we can finally succeed in improving our nation for our needy citizens and not for special interests which corrupt the brains of political parties. Since the last election, the BPDP has been working hard with all parties on the political spectrum to deliver on the promises that we have made to the citizens and to implement meaningful reforms. Though we have had a dysfunctional parliament for a few years, our nation’s cabinets have achieved what they have achieved and have put aside corruption for social justice (apart from the so called progressives such as the Party of Liberty, National Front, BNFU, who did nothing in their years in cabinet). In our years in Cabinet, we achieved a lot for the nation compared with the rightists. We successfully passed a Government Reform Bill, which separated the Head of State and Head of Government as two different government officials to prevent abuse of power (which was voted down several times until the political landscape changed), a major Funding of Libraries Act, a Campaign Finance Reform Act, which eradicated the usage of money in politics and many other successful and significant proposals which made our nation the way that we are right now. Without us, our nation would have still been in the times of economic, social turmoil, in the times of devolution, in the times of self determination, in the times of corruption and in the times of illegal militias, all problems caused by the rightists. As Head of Government for a few cabinets, Sir Julius Furgenster successfully regulated cabinet meetings and made sure that the real issues facing Beluzia were addressed and taken account for in Parliament. Furgenster also made sure that Beluzia were signatories of several significant treaties, such as the Free Trade League, which ensured that trade would be free and uninhibited, and which significantly improved our economy (which was in turmoil during that period); the Declaration on the Rights of Disabled Persons, which emphasised the necessity of protecting the rights and assuring the welfare and rehabilitation of the physically and mentally disadvantaged; the Beluzia-Kanjor Friendship Treaty, which significantly improved the relations of these two countries and increased our status in Terra and the Aldegar Trade Treaty, which allowed free trade between us and the state of Aldegar, which also significantly improved our economy and enhanced our economic status within Terra. As Shadow Minister for Health and Social Services, Dame Vanda Rachele Csilla Liviana McConnell, together with the SLP, helped them implement their New Beluzia Reform: Health and Infrastructure Package, which ensured that more government power in health would raise our standard of living and push economic growth. The Package removed all signs of restrictions on abortion and abortion was made available to women for their whole pregnancy, abortion was funded by the government instead of corrupt devolution. As a result of this, we were highly praised by the Free Restrictions On Abortion Organisation and we received their endorsement for the general elections (though we lost 22 seats). As Minister of Justice, Dame Angela Ventura, together with the SLP, helped them implement their New Beluzia Reforms: Justice and Civil Services packaged, which ensured that our justice system would respect our rights as human beings. Dueling, which was previously legal in our nation, was finally scrapped, as our party believed that inciting blood and violence into arguments or other disputes was not the way to resolve problems, as the death of an innocent citizen would mean a collapse in the foundations of our great nation. Also, the powers of the police was greatly reduced in this Reform Package, as the previous law said that: “police cannot search a person or their property without their consent unless they have obtained a warrant or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a crime was committed”. This was a major problem, because if policemen were allowed to search people if they have reasonable grounds to suspect that a crime was committed, then they would abuse their power and make random claims saying that a particular person committed a crime when they actually didn’t do it, which would result in many innocent people being put in jail for no reason. After the passage of this bill, we received praise from the Fairer Justice System Organisation and we also received their endorsement for the general elections. Although we have other achievements to talk about, this brief snippet of the BPDP’s record shows that with the right political leadership, progress will be possible and every Beluzian will be able to live a life without fear, harm or oppression from the rightists. While other legislators talk in sound bites, we in the BPDP are very proud that the goals that we set for Beluzia can be backed up by realistic and significant proposals that bring change to every Beluzian, no matter their race, gender, economic status, political ideology and religion. Rather than being a dysfunctional party in Parliament, or a party influenced by special interests or a party that does not work 24/7, the progress that we have made in the past few years now needs to be delivered on a much larger scale than it is right now. Our manifesto lays out our ambitious plans for the kind of progress that we need with a strong leadership. To do this, we present our Five Point Plan for A Stronger Beluzia: 1. A More Effective Parliament 2. A Less Corrupt Environment 3. Build an integrated society 4. Invest in jobs and the economy 5. End all forms of paramilitarism By keeping the progress that we are making, the aim of our Five Point Plan is that by the end of the 4029-4033 Parliamentary Term, Beluzia will be nation where: ✓ Parliament is less dysfunctional and talks about the crucial issues, not the unimportant ones ✓ Special interests are completely eliminated from politics through the use of a Anti- Corruption Commission ✓ Where everyone, no matter their social or economic status, will be mixed together and where segregation between these two groups will be removed through the dismantling of the system known as ‘urban and rural areas’ ✓ Regions will have low unemployment by 4033 (below the six percent mark) and a functional economic strategy will be created to stimulate the revenue of our nation ✓ Illegal militias and organised crime are eradicated from the face of Beluzia ✓ All forms of threats, intimidation by illegal self-determination militias or local political party militias will be eradicated These steps are built on our one key objective: Less dysfunction, more effectiveness. It is time that we stop the delay, the fudge and the waffle of all other parties and move ahead, further and faster to build a Stronger Beluzia. No other party puts the interests of the citizens first. No other party has an ambitious commitment to our people. No other party can be trusted to deliver the essential changes needed for a Stronger Beluzia, A Better Future and a Stronger Leadership. Beluzia needs to move forward if it wishes to enhance its economic and political status in the diplomatic world. With the BPDP, we can move Stronger. United. Faster. Together. But with the rightists, we will move Backwards. Slower. Weaker. Its your choice. For a Stronger Beluzia or for a Weaker Beluzia. If you read that clearly and precisely, you will know what to do and how to change. But you stupid freak will never learn. Go to hell. The conservatives in the BPDP do not need to take their party back and do not need to bring sanity back to Beluzia. Instead, they need to bring back chopped heads and chopped body parts for us to pee and poo on (laughter). They are the no-brainers of our party. Now, your remarks and Hammond's remarks have lead to a increase in conservative support for Sir Thomas Ueli. Nope. I have no right to call him Sir. He should be called Fucking Idiot. Look at the polls: Romanovic: 19% Furgenster: 18% Hartmann: 15% Tomanovic: 14% James: 12% Ueli (our right wing candidate): 22% People are split over support and many people are turning away from me. Why? Because they think that I'm an inept leader. You see? The ultra-conservative values have corrupted our minds and the minds of BPDP supporters. If this continues, I'll definitely leave Beluzia and we will throw Thomas Ueli off the boat and into the sea for the sharks to eat. SO GO TO HELL, SEN. ASTON. Thank you very much, bitch and thank you to all the people who have faith in me (a standing ovation can be seen)! |

Message | Sen. Aston, holding another rally in response to Pres. Romanovic's statements, doubled down on her position that his "angry, childish attacks on good Beluzians" were due to him trying to compensate. She also stated that "if we Beluzians are so bad that you cannot even attack my positions without wishing my death, maybe you should go back to where you came". She also used the rally to condemn the president for "inciting violence for the heinous crime of daring to disagree with the BPDP", and that "his reign of terror needs to be stopped", before supporting Ueli's candidacy. In response to the disappointing polling data for Sen. Tyler, Dr. Whitney Beasley, the BLFP Regional Director for Iker Ado, has announced efforts to campaign and fundraise for his candidacy in the region, and is urging other Regional Directors in the BLFP to do the same. Prof. Geary, undeterred by Sen. Aston, has been trying to actively campaign and prove that Aston does not represent the BLFP as a whole. However, many media sources have ultimately been pushing him on his reluctance to request Ms. Curtis's resignation, and his reluctance to enter a debate with Sen. Aston. |

Message | Things heated up as the Iker Ado debate was held among the remaining SLP candidates, with O'Malley dropping out due to a poor Bailon showing(<1%, just realized I forgot to add O'Malley). The opening statements were contentious, with Hammond reinforcing his immigration beliefs and his belief that the military "cannot defend us anymore". Wilkins called for unity and a united "stop Hammond" movement to counter his right wing beliefs on immigration, but acknowledged the party's unity on the economy. Carter called for the remaining establishment candidates to "unify around [him] and revive the progressive movement". The debate centered around defense with Hammond outlining that he would distribute some funds from the justice department to increase military spending, a plan which Stanley called "imperialistic". When asked about nuclear weapons, Hammond said that "if there is a nation that is threatening us then we should have a small stockpile. I also feel that way about bio-chemical weapons." Governor Carter only agreed with the nuclear weapons section, saying that introducing bio-chemical weapons would be a disaster. Hammond called him a "hippie, but only a moderate one". Carter countered, saying that Hammond had "thin skin and tiny fingers". Pittman and Doyle agreed with Carter's plan, but wanted to use diplomacy first. Tyler said that WMDs would not be needed but argued to ally countries with nuclear weapons as a deterrence. Wilkins represented the pacifist wing of the party, wanting a complete ban on WMDs to continue and to negotiate SALT treaties with other nations, prompting him being called a "tree hugging hippie". As the movement towards Iker Ado continues, hostilities still run high between the two major candidates. After poor debate polls and "bad looks from inside the campaign" Sen Tyler has dropped out, endorsing Gov Carter. |

Message | In a press conference today, President Romanovic and other senior members of the party, including PM Furgenster condemned Sen. Aston's response of "angry, childish attacks on good Beluzians", saying that their attacks were for the good of Beluzia and not for the good of conservative sluts of the party. Responding to her comment of saying that he could not attack her positions, he said: "I can attack your positions. It's just that your squinty eyes are so small that you can't even see how much I talked about attacking your racist points. And I will not go back to Davostag. Do you even understand the meaning of immigrant and emigrant? If you don't, go back to school and do some simulations involving that. If I had the chance, I would go to another nation where racism does not reign and where bills are voted on almost everyday compared to your failed Satanist group which has done nothing in the Senate. Dr Vallier will do everything in her power to stop you from gaining too much power. Probably a motion of censure." And responding to "his reign of terror needs to be stopped", he said: "You have not even been elected the leader of the BLFP. I have been the leader of the BPDP, along with Sir Frederich for 66 years now. You? For negative 2394900 months. Go to hell, bitch. If you do not even stop to look at my accomplishments, then you're not suitable to be a politician and instead, you should be an archivist. That's what they do. Archive documents and read them." Responding to Ueli's candidacy, President Romanovic said: "We fully acknowledge that Ueli has every right to run for the leadership challenging me, but Ueli is an ultra-conservative, so he has no place in running the nation or becoming the leader of what is a radical progressive party. I wish him luck on his campaign to be the next leader and I hope that he goes to hell for betraying BPDP and the thousands of voters that voted him in as their Senator" In response to the close win by Hammond and the strong showing of Wilkins in Bailon by a margin of 36-34, President Romanovic said that his words of wisdom were having an impact on the SLP primary process and that more people were voting for who they think will represent them and not someone that will go as far as to oppress them with ultra-conservative laws. President Romanovic also pledged 5,600,500,200 BEL from the BPDP's account to Wilkins and 250,000,000,000 BEL from the Hartmann account, owned by the son of the deceased party leader Dr Iain Heiko Hartmann, hoping that this significant amount of money will help Wilkins in his campaign to defeat Hammond the radical terrorist. Romanovic declined to talk about anything about the leadership election and said that he would be going on the campaign trail with Sen. Wilkins to try to get him elected as the progressive voice for the SLP and to stop Hammond's momentum in the upcoming primaries. |

Message | Romanovic has issued a press statement: "I will not resign my position as BPDP Leader. I have ran the party for 66 years, have made many new friends and have enacted major reforms for our nation. I believe that with stronger leadership, our nation will go forward, but with weak leadership under the conservatives, our nation will go back into the times of oppression. So to Mr Hammond: Never in a million years will I give up my position to Ueli and I think that it is time that you soften your stance or else Dr Vallier will have to censure you from the Senate." |

Message | OOC: All BLFP nominations will be held in January, to prevent results of one region swaying votes for others. IC: Due to Tyler's dropout, the funding and campaign efforts by Dr. Beasley will be redirected towards the BLFP's candidate Prof. Aaron Geary, as Sen. Aston becomes a growing threat. Sen. Aston's most recent rally, in Port Maylord, had to be cancelled due to riots outside the venue. Locals rioting in opposition to the candidate's immigration views had to be dispersed. While a few rioters, armed with rocks and clubs, tried to go after Sen. Aston herself, she was evacuated from the venue by local authorities. Two were killed in the riots, and another seven have been hospitalized. The next day, Aston addressed the riots, calling the rioters "a bunch of immigrant thugs that need to go back to their homeland and stop ruining our home". In response to Gov. Carter's attack on Hammond, Aston responded by saying that she "didn't realize that Carter was in a position to judge", and further stated that she "had met the man, and there's no need to be worried about body length". |

Message | OOC: All BPDP nominations, like the BLFP, will be held in January, but on a different date than the BLFP, to avoid the possibility of a surge in votes for one particular wing IC: The BPDP pledges 50,500,000 BEL to Prof. Aaron Geary for his campaign as to prevent Sen. Aston from overtaking Prof. Geary in terms of fundraising. We applaud the rioters for trying to go after Sen. Aston, but unfortunately, she was not killed. If we had the chance to be there, we would immediately shoot her to death so that she won't incite hatred within the people of Beluzia. We give our condolences to the two brave warriors who were killed and we hope that a state funeral will be held for them. In response to Sen. Aston's response on Gov. Carter, we think that her statements are utterly false and that she has not met the man personally and that she is an outright liar. |

Message | When asked about the recent donations, Sen Wilkins quickly thanked the BPDP but then got back to the campaign trail. Hammond called the donations "an interference by another party in SLP affairs and the BPDP trying to control the SLP" . With less than 24 hours until voting begins, Sara Stanley called for a renewed attack against Hammond, calling him a "thin skinned bigoted crook". Her comments were marked by local media as "a desperate attempt at an attack by a desperate candidate". A pro SLP newspaper based in the city of the convention, the Karavshire Daily, endorsed Hammond in the state and joined him in calling the BPDP's recent donations as an attempt by them to control party politics. Supporters of WIlkins say that the BPDP officials have the right to donate to the candidate they like as long as it is not the party itself. Meanwhile, post debate polls in Iker Ado put the race as Hammond 34% Wilkins 33% Carter 28% Stanley 2% Remain 3% |

Message | Prof. Aaron Geary thanked the BPDP for their assistance in fundraising, and expressed hope that the parties can continue to work together in good faith. In response to the donation, Sen. Aston began attacking Geary, claiming him to be "a shill for these dirty socialists, a willing whore in their plans to destroy Beluzia entirely and leave it open to invasion". She called for a buildup of military, claiming that if she were elected, she would "take all the funding of these illegals, and stuff it into the military", claiming that "if they want their benefits back, they can serve on the front lines of our military. The way they're pouring into this nation, they're a dime a dozen, so there's our military force right there". In response to voter dissatisfaction with Sen. Aston's remarks on immigration and the military, and Geary's hesitance, Sen. Zach Rye announced a grassroots campaign, claiming that Geary's hesitance to take a stand has caused this divide, and decisive actions need to be taken. Message | President Romanovic also announced that the primary process for the leadership of the BPDP would start on January 1st, 4051 and that he would be a candidate for the leadership. The current list of candidates are as follows: Party Leader: Romanovic (radical liberal) Furgenster (ultra-radical liberal) Hartmann (moderate libertarian) Tomanovic (center-right) Ueli (ultra-conservative) Florea (radical fascist) Lord Henry (conservative) Joint Party Leader: Davidson (radical liberal) Henning (radical libertarian) Ventura (moderate socialist) Varman (conservative) Antoni (ultra-conservative) Ewan (center-right) Responding to the candidates, Romanovic said that it would be a challenging leadership race, as each race has an equal amount of candidates from each side of the political spectrum, so there would be a lot of vote splitting and possibilities of massive gains by the conservatives. But Romanovic said that he had faith in his own candidacy and would defeat the conservatives trying to ruin the great party. When asked about a unity ticket with other progressives for Party Leader, he said: "I won't be answering that. That is confidential information and needs to be discussed with the candidates. Until we have finished negotiations, we will be announcing it. But I will rule out any unity ticket with people on the center-right of the spectrum, that's for sure. |

Message | We have a new key race alert. We have been watching this race all night but now, at 3 AM we can call the Iker Ado primary for Sen Wilkins. The vote is ridiculously close but Sen Wilkins managed to hold his slight lead all night. He did particularly well in rural areas, with the exception of the border region where Hammond did well. Carter pulled in a strong urban vote, giving him 30% of the state's vote. Sara Stanley emerged from Iker Ado with only 2% of the vote and carrying not a single county. We are awaiting a statement from Stanley's campaign. Pittman and Doyle have already announced that they are dropping out and we expect Stanley to do the same. Here are the results http://i.imgur.com/PTUnA2u.png Looking ahead, due to the wishes of the candidates all further debates are canceled and they will focus on the campaign trail. Once again, we are now moments away from a statement from former PM Sara Stanley. |

What was once a promising campaign is now barely pulling 2% nationally. It is clearly time for unity against bigotry and hate. It is time for the establishment candidates to unite. That is why I am ending this campaign. I encourage you to go out and support Gov Carter so that this progressive movement may survive this militarism and isolationism. This campaign was hostile, but those not hostile were the supporters that decided to fight it out to the end. However, this is a losing battle and I must step down for the sake of our victory in the coming weeks. |

Message | We are now looking ahead to the Negunia primary. Negunia is fit for Wilkins, it is his home state and is a largely rural place. Sen Wilkins is strong with rural voters, although a stronger than expected performance by Hammond on the border as well as mobilizing new isolationists could minimize the damage here. A decisive win for Wilkins could put him at a decent position for a convention battle and may just well give the senator enough momentum to get a majority on the 1st ballot. Currently these are the polls Wilkins 45% Hammond 35% Carter 20% Senator Wilkins is calling for tougher banking actions, undoing the compromise act, cutting down on large farms and the forestry industry. He called Hammond's policy a "threat to global stability". Hammond called Wilkins' policy "disastrous and harmful to the average worker" as well as "selling out to foreign companies and immigrants". Carter is trying to capitalize on his new endorsements and is hoping to turn over "voters being led by a blind shepard filled with empty promises and hate". On his 3rd place finish in Iker Ado, Carter said that it is "recoverable" and thinks his chances after Negunia are strong. He is looking to take as many delegates and could bet on being a "compromise candidate if the convention stalemates" |

Message | Like Sen. Tyler and former PM Stanley, many prominent BLFP candidates have begun backing Carter as well, citing Carter as likely the best chance for any compromise, both inside and outside the SLP. Prof. Geary and Sen. Aston are both still unwilling to debate each other, with Geary claiming that it would "legitimize the bigot's campaign", and with Aston stating that "Geary's just like the rest of them. Just another coward clearly compensating, and his wife's family likely came over illegally too". In response to this comment, Geary's wife Aki Fujimoto-Geary, the Negunia Regional Director for the BLFP, has begun actively raising money and stumping to take down her husband, claiming that Aston's comments "are complete untruths, and a desperate attempt at an attack by a desperate, scared woman". Sen. Rye has been focusing on the campaign trail, despite attacks from Aston calling him "a delusional, fringe candidate", describing his candidacy as "a petty way that the party intends to split the opposition vote against Geary". She attacked Rye and is campaign further, claiming that he was "just as in bed with the status quo as Geary, believe me. I've worked with both men, and there's not a ball between the two of 'em". Ironically, polls have shown that her attacks have led to a jump in the polls for Rye. The polls put the candidates as follows: Prof. Aaron Geary: 52% Sen. Chelsea Aston: 20% Sen. Zach Rye: 22% Unsure: 6% Sen. Rye has also agreed to have a debate with Prof. Geary, later in December (OOC: I will make a new bill for that). |

Message | http://i.imgur.com/NECKhIr.png We now are going to make a key race alert. Wilkins has won the Negunia primary with 20% of the vote in. This was not a surprising result, it was his home state and we knew this result since the first polls, the question is by how much. *later on* We are now finalizing the results and Wilkins emerges with 47%, Hammond with 34%, Carter with 19%. The thing is, he needed more to make up for Hammond's advantage in Iliathar, his home state. Wilkins has called tonight's result a "turning point" and that "he will win the remaining contests with this momentum". Hammond said that "Mr. Clarkson and I are working on a strategy to win the remaining two contests. We have a home state next and we want to take that to momentum for our campaign" Senator Wilkins does have a lot of ground to make up, with current Iliathar polls being Hammond 50%, Carter 30%, and Wilkins 20%. With only one week left in the December primary schedule, many are preparing for a tough fight ahead. |

Message | We are now a day before the Iliathar primary and we have an interesting development, the former SLP mayor and current SLP mayor of Port Tackstov have endorsed Mr. Hammond, who grew up in a wealthier area of the city. Mayor William Johnson said that "a fellow member of our community, who represents a district here, is the best candidate we have here to take back our country and bring back our jobs to this city". A few more local officials in Iliathar have endorsed Hammond after the Port Tackstov endorsements. Gov Carter called the affair "sad that officials are now falling in droves for this blind rhetoric". Sen Wilkins is not even in the state today, already looking to the final primary to try to stop Hammond. He explains this as "poor poll numbers". However that does not tone down the rhetoric, with Wilkins calling Hammond's immigration policy "a disgrace to this party and this nation". |

Message | Sen. Aston has recently issued a statement concerning the validity of the SLP election results in Iker Ado and Negunia. She stated that "in a field where the status quo feels threatened by real change, and especially after Mr. Hammond's astounding win in Bailon, could that status quo not be doing everything they can to gain the upper hand? It seems, at least to me, that a third-party group should recount the results, to prevent voter fraud". She also went on to renew her support for Mr. Hammond, telling her supporters that, if possible, they should change registration in time to vote for Hammond, before changing back, stating that "if the party insiders want to cheat good, hardworking Beluzians out of an election, we should be allowed to fight back". |

Message | We now have a key race alert. With 3% of the vote in we are projecting that Hammond has won his home state overwhelmingly. He currently has 55% of the vote with large areas not yet reporting. We are expecting that number to increase. Final Results http://i.imgur.com/HczpedL.png The heart of Iliathar voted overwhelmingly Hammond, with Port Tackstov having as much as 69% for Hammond. The areas close to the edge of the state had stronger support for Carter and Wilkins, but in the inner state, it was just pockets of Carter and even rarer pockets of Wilkins support. The stronger Carter support came from medium sized cities in the state. Hammond held his victory rally in the Port Tackstov mayoral house with William Johnson at his side. His entrence featured the song "Port Tackstov" as a crowd of city officials greeted him in a pompous display. He said that this victory marked a "new era" in SLP politics where "we will bring our jobs back. We will get our country back. We will be great". He said that "We will bring our city's great values to the national stage". Wilkins called the results "a victory for bigotry" and then refused to answer any other question. Carter said that he was "disappointed by the results" but thanked his voters for "standing up to bigotry and hatred in order to keep this party on the right track". |

Message | January 5th, 2 days before the Parlos Decina primary. We first have a new, developing key race alert. The 15 Iliathar superdelegate senators have stated that they would cast for Hammond on the first ballot and encouraged others to follow suit, since party consensus appears to support him. Polls are putting Hammond at about 50% of the vote, following massive gains in momentum. Carter is contending with 26% of the poll and Wilkins has 20% with the reminder undecided. The campaigning is cold, both literally and figuratively. The cold can really be felt in Fort Thorne, where Carter leads and Hammond polls at 20%. Carter held a rally at the Senate building in the old Parliament square. He talked policy, saying that we needed to "keep immigration, help refugees, keep taxes where they are, and increase regulation on banks". Hammond called his speech "standard broken establishment fare". Wilkins was out in the rural areas. The heavy snowfall was no deterrence to the tough fighter of a candidate, who held several town halls and even visited locals today. He even held a rally outside when snow blocked the entrance to a town hall location. He called Hammond the usual "xenophobic bigot". Locals appreciated how close he was getting, several calling him a friendly guy. He even helped some local small business owners clear their sidewalks in front of their stores. "I enjoy this kind of small town campaigning and everyone here is friendly. Hopefully we can clear the way to the polling stations" he told reporters. |

Message | Day of the Parlos Decina Primary, 9th Jan We now have a key race alert coming in. Hammond has won and he is expected to have a majority. These new events put him on a good path for the convention.
