Message | The PSLI agree on all the article except for the n.5 and we propose to the PPI a modification of the his propose with: "The government encourages the formation of Democratic Workers' Councils through subsidies and tax exemptions." The PSLI supports free market and freedom of enterprise, but we are convinced that is right of all employees have the possibility to partecipate in decision that concern them of course and not only the financial performance of the company. We believe that all the employees, from the less qualified to the menagers, and the employers have to work in cooperation for the good of the company and of those who makes a living with it. If the PPI ware open to this compromise, the PSLI ensure its support to this proposal. |
