| Message | This Treaty reflects a long held position of Kalistan- It seems that, from time to time, this Treaty is abrogated by some fascist Party who likes the idea that we should be allowed to own weaponry whose sole purpose is the mass elimination of human life, and then it disappears. But it is important that Kalistan takes a stand for peace and for the elimination of such horrific weaponry from the face of the planet. Therefore, we seek a treaty tat outright bans possession and use of these horrible devices, and we will pass it. We encourage our colleagues to also vote for it. |
