Message | Madam Speaker, Although we are not anti-immigrant, we think that illegal immigrants should be dealt with in some manner, but not like the one proposed, as we think that the government searching for illegal aliens and then expelling them immediately is too harsh. If this were able to be changed, the BPDP will support the "The government does not actively search for illegal aliens, but expels them from the country when discovered" stance of our illegal immigration policy. But we would like a quota set on how many illegal immigrants be removed from the nation and in what time period. We are not sure of other parties, but we would like 1000 illegal immigrants removed in the period of 5 months each year. If parties wish to discuss, we will have a hearing in the Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration. But for now, we will have to vote no, as this policy is too harsh. We yield the floor Dr Gabriel Florea A.P.S, B.A. Shadow Minister of Internal Affairs |

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire. |
