Bill: Secondary Action Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Imperial Alliance

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4058

Description[?]:

Trade unionists should only go on strike over disputes with their employers about their terms of employment. It would be wrong, for example, for a trade union to call a strike in order to attempt to bring down a democratically elected government.

The issue isn't strikers trying to destroy the government. In fact, there is no issue here, besides threats to business owners. Strikes need to be powerful for them to actually be effective.
