| Message | This Bill represents an almost 6% cut in spending. The Socialist Party, following their audit discovered that Finance was entirely overfunded, given the lack of full nationalization of the banking and finance industries, Defense could be cut from war footing, social services could be cut due to fewer people needing assistance, And trade and Industry could be cut in anticipation of a reduced role for ODEN. We will call for a corresponding reduction in luxury tax . |

| Message | Whilst the DFA support more privatisation, it is in the best interests of Kalistan to cut spending on Finance in the meantime. We do, however, propose that sales tax is put at 12%, we do not wish to see a cut to health and education budgets. We firmly support the decrease in the defence budget. |
