| Message | Madam Speaker, I highly commend this exemplary budget. It is important that we lift the burden of tax from our citizens, but it is also important we live within our means. This budget scales back funding where appropriate, and hits hard the most wasteful departments, such as the Foreign Affairs department - no more champagne for the Ambassador!
