Bill: Political Independance Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Alorian Communist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2058

Description[?]:

I believe employees of the government should not be appointed politically. I think that by 'government employees' it means people employed by the state. To suggest it is politicians is wrong, as they are not employees as such. If we can't agree on the definition can someone please ask the admin about it?

MessageI take it to mean anyone employed by the government. I doubt very much it means ministers or MP's as they ARE the government. As such, I feel there should be no bias in appointing them.

MessageSo, you have NOT asked admin about it, but still put it into vote. Very unfair.

MessageNo, I said "If we can't agree on the definition can someone please ask the admin about it?". Seeing as only the GSP replied to it I assumed everyone else must agree or they would have made their objection clearer.
