| Message | Comrades in the Assembly. The President of Republic has asked me to move this bill to represent a two Party coalition government. This Government reflects the principle of Divided Government, where the Premiership falls to the Largest Party which is part of the coalition and which does not belong to the President. It also reflects a fine-tuning of the LP's portfolio, to include Foreign affairs and Defense, while moving the Home Office and related internal offices to the SP. This Bill reflects a majority of the seats in the Assembly. The SP will endorse this bill. |
