Description[?]:

Zardugal is a unique country with its own culture and language. Many political terms in Zardugal are derived from Augustan or Ancient Augustan (Esperanto, Byzantine Greek). A list of terms and their definitions is provided here for the sake of convenience and accessibility, especially to newcomers of our nation.

A Grand Logothete is the Head of Government, equivalent to a Prime Minister.
A Logothete is a Cabinet Minister. The office of a Logothete (Ministry) is called a Logothesion.
A Hypologothete is a Deputy Minister, that is, an official from a governing coalition who is the party's head of a cabinet portfolio but doesn't hold the office of Logothete.
A Critic is a Shadow Minister, that is, an official from an opposition party who is the party's head of a cabinet portfolio. The office of a Critic (Shadow Ministry) is called a Kritikosion.
A Fera Pugno (literally "iron fist") is the SNT term for a Chief Whip, an official who makes sure party members vote in line with the leadership. Other parties may use other terms for this office- "Fera Pugno" is strictly a term used by the SNT.
A Ŝtatprezidanto is a local party chairman for one of Zardugal's five states.
The Locutor is the Speaker of the Senate, who under Article I Section 4 of the Constitution of 4000 ( http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=460657 ) is elected by majority vote of the Senate and has official power over the Senate's procedure and rules.

Any questions, comments, suggestions, or corrections, please don't hesitate to PM me or post in this thread. I consider this list by no means complete, and will be adding to it or making changes as necessary.
