| WHEREAS drug use is recognized to be an epidemic and social problem. WHEREAS many people die of dirty needles, improperly sanitized equipment, and poor-quality drugs that are cut with foreign substances and harmful chemicals WHEREAS the state has an infrastructure which can ensure high quality restrictions and regulations for recreational drugs WHEREAS also, state production and distribution of drugs gives a valuable opportunity for state doctors to be in a setting where they can counsel and watch over drug users when they use drugs WHEREAS nationalizing recreational drug production, distribution, and sale allows a great portion of the revenue to go to healthcare and drug awareness programs HEREBY, we, the National Assembly, agree to pass the following article into law: |

Proposal[?] to change Government law concerning the sales of recreational drugs.
Old value:: Recreational drugs sales are handled by private foundations which are heavily regulated by the government.
Current: Sales of recreational drugs within the nation are prohibited by the law.
Proposed: The government is entirely responsible for the controlled sales of recreational drugs through operating stores and other locations.
