MessageMr. Speaker,

We cannot fathom the ignorance of UWC. They apparently have very little knowledge of Hutorian history and that our nuclear stockpile is all that stands between us and potential destruction. Trigunia has threatened us on several occasions with nuclear strikes and the only thing that have prevented us from being decimated is our own nuclear stockpile. Of course we do not promote the use of these devices as offensive weapons we merely recognize that without these devices the Hutori we recognize as the bright and shining beacon that it is would not exist. So we ask that UWC please read a chapter from any Hutorian history book so that they will be aware of what they propose and what it means for the future of Hutori.

MessageMe. Speaker,

We do not believe in bogeymen or fear tactics. Let's use diplomacy and work with trigunia instead of igniting the flames of hatred!

MessageMr. Speaker,

It's not fear tactics or the bogey man as UWC so eloquently put it. It is a matter of fact not really up for interpretation. We pursued diplomatic channels until we were blue in the face. Trigunia is notoriously belligerent and only open to negotiations when it directly and overwhelming favors them. It is our hope that in the future a different more tolerant regime will come to power to make our stockpile unnecessary but, until such a time it would be foolish to pursue this course of action.
