| Message | Madam Speaker, In light of recent disagreements in this chamber over budgetary affairs, we find this budget to be a highly commendable middle ground. This proposes a 5bn Beluz increase in funding for H&SS on the pre-4076 budget, but it also proposed an amazing 8bn Beluz investment in Education, and a 5bn investment in Infrastructure & Transport, not to mention the 150m investment in Science & Tech!
