| WHEREAS a fundamental value of Alduria is the legal and social equality of men and women; WHEREAS men continue to dominate politics and decision making positions in government; WHEREAS the current cabinet highlights the continued gender imbalance and inequality in government; BE IT RESOLVED THAT future cabinet compositions must ensure no fewer than 40% of ministers (equating 6 ministers) must be female identifying.
