| A bill to return the death penalty temporarily until the new army of Kalistan is defeated. If this bill passes, it will be only applied to members of the new army of Kalistan. The CIP has no intention to keep the penalty for longer than it is needed this act should be repealed after the new army of Kalistan has been defeated. In the event of this bill passing, the death penalty should be used ONLY on members of the new army of Kalistan. |
