Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4099
Description[?]:
(This bill was proposed by the minister of justice Gerald Parker and co-authored by the senator Rory Morgan) When there is imminent danger the police need to act quickly. When the life of someone is in danger the police does not have the time to wait for a warrant from a court. This is why we need to give to the police the power to act immediately when there is a danger.à |
