| After much debate the defence minister and Prime minister have drawn up a plan for a peacekeeping mission to valuzria. This mission will include a total of 20.000 Rutanian soldiers with 1.000 transport trucks 150 tanks 10 fighter aircraft 10 attack helicopters 50 transport helicopters and 1 special forces regiment. They will create safe zones troughout the nation of valuzria to create safe havens for civilians and if the valuzrian government accepts the peacekeeping force will also make regular visits to heavily affected areas in valuzria to provide food and water and medical aid. Ones this bill passes i will make a formal request to the valuzrian government for this plan and will explain the need of such a mission to improve humanitarian conditions. We will send the Rutanian military to not fight but create save zones across the country to improve the humanitarian situation in valuzria.
