Message | This omnibus is open for discussion. It will not move to a vote before the next election, and I would like to craft it so its provisions are acceptable to the majority of the Assembly. |

Message | Firstly, we would like to make it clear that we believe constitutional issues should be separate from other matters. We wouldn't be discussing the naming of a cabinet here. We support: -Singing the national anthem in schools -The government's policy regarding the treatment of prisoners of war -Exchange rate regime (we were about to propose this as it happens) -The government's policy towards daily working hours -Protection of original works of technology and arts On all other matters, we would oppose a change in government policy. The sheer number of articles means we'll only be addressing those where we believe a compromise could be reached. We're open to hear the reasoning on all three religion-oriented articles but feel that at the minute, you are promoting anti-religious rhetoric in the name of secularism. We don't see how it is just to force citizens into union membership, that seems contrary to their aims. We have concerns that free export of arms could lead to Kalistan being complicit in the existence of human rights abusers, not a good idea when we are running an international campaign. |

Message | We have pared down the Bill to a more manageable proposition with a narrower focus on foreign relations, limited governmental reform, and economic issues. The civil liberties changes will be addressed in a separate bill. |
