| I had earlier mentioned that the government has decided to balance Emigration and an aging population by encouraging the ''Move To Rutania,The Land Of Oppurtunities''across terra and for the first time in more than 100 years net skilled immigration has reached 50,000 and a further 60,000 have moved to study here.Emigration has plummeted to only 2,000 but further Immigration as i said is required and i am very PROUD of OUR OPENNESS Melissa Anderson,Outgoing Home Secretary |
