| Message | The SV commented on this bill at the top, however as only one version was put forward we saw no need to say anything else. And abstention is a vote, if it is deliberate. The SV MP's abstained on purpose, therefore we made a choice to do so, therefore we 'voted' on the matter, by doing nothing. |
