Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.

Message | Mr Speaker, I find the language used by the NEPP leader to be very unfortunate and irresponsible in nature. The NEPP shows its unfitness for public office if its leader calls the unfortunate "losers".
