Liek wtf? Perhaps one should make a treaty legalizing slavery and call it "free people act" roflmao? Noone can own thoughts in another persons head, words in another persons book or codes in another persons computer. Greedy multinational companies can GTFO my computer and the police should be fighting real crime instead. And only noobs get caught anyway, kiddos who can't pay the fascist oppressors anything.
