MessageWe're in favour of all of the articles as the bill stands right now ... except we're strongly opposed to the one where the overbearing government intrudes and forbids kids from voluntarily choosing to participate in any economically-relevant activity whatsoever.
If this passes, we will seek to reverse that one article.

(Meanwhile, the pension one we would prefer to be voluntary, but nevertheless the proposal here is better than the current law is.)

As I had written in recent bills

Strongly opposed.

I am OOCly baffled at how so much of the Particracy playerbase is so thoroughly and implacably opposed, to kids voluntarily choosing to supplement their allowances via such things as newspaper routes and lemonade stands, if they wish.

Voluntarily.
Any and all potential abuses, are prevented by the regulations which are mentioned in the article.

MessageI agree with you, the forbiddance of child labour was a step too far. That particular article has been deleted. I have also adjusted the pension system proposal to address your qualms. Hopefully, you are now fully in favor of this bill.

MessageIf this bill was broken up into separate bills we would be able to support 2 Articles.

MessageWhich articles would those be? Because at some point in the future, I would like all of these passed, but even two of them would be better than the system we have currently.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
