Message | OOC: I could support and I propose 365 because an odd number avoid situation of perfect parity if there are two poles in competition (common situation in Istalia). |

Message | OOC: But if it's 365, the whole point is gone, since the intention of this bill is to make it the same as in Italy :P |

(Disegno di legge): if it is a government's initiative bill, and therefore proposed by the government (through the parties that support him in parliament) after approval by the Council of Ministers; 2.b) "P.d.l." (Proposta di legge): in case the bill is proposed by a member of parliament individually or from his political group (in the opposition or into the government's majority). 2.c) If a D.d.l bill don't have none of two entries listed under the paragraph 2.a) and 2.b), this is considered as if it were a P.d.l. Message | OOC: yes I know that this would like make the parliament in line with the Chamber in Italy, but without a ood number, as said, we risk to have cohalition or agreement between parties with same number of seat as the opposition. An ood number avoid this situation, an ood number avoid stall. |
