| Message | This budget cuts spending in the departments that have had significant privatisation of their respective industries. It also gives the Head of Government a pay cut. Environment and Tourism gets a boost, in order to enhance our economy and take measures to prevent Global Warming. Please note that a new budget will be needed should the Artania Canal talks be successfully concluded; this budget is making cuts in part to allow for that extra expense.
