With the authority granted to us by the Royal Authority Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=494591) we declare the creation of a 11 member Royal Commission of Inquiry into Slavery. The Royal Commission shall consist of three legislators, five academics specializing in law and economics and three freedmen. It shall sit from September 1, 4130 and deliver its report by November 1, 4030. By order of King Arend I |

Message | OOC: Oh no, I'm not releasing a report. Just consider what's alluded to in the Abolition of Slavery bill - basically recommendations to abolish slavery, compensate slave owners and give slaves tax exemptions as a form of compensation and skills training too. |
