| First, read the game rules: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6363 Vorona is a Grand Duchy, a monarchical form of government ruled by a Grand Duke, which is just below a King in status. It was originally a colony of the Deltarian Empire, and is also known as Deltaria Nova. Although a monarchy, Vorona has a legislature that is elected, in a system called "Ducal Democracy": http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=496700 Vorona is predominantly Voronan and Istalian in culture, which are based on Romanians and Italians respectively. There is also a large Rodshyan (Russian) minority. These three cultures are not exclusive to Vorona: the majority Kizenians in New Endralon / Kizenia are also based on Romanians are therefor related to the Voronans, Istalians are the majority in Istalia and the Rodshyans in Trigunia. Other important sectors are fishing, shipbuilding and manufacturing, as well as oil. Vorona has lately been experiencing rapid economic growth due to attracting foreign investment thanks to its low tax rates.
