Article 1 is an very important one. There's really no point in maintaining the current law, at all. In what way funding all sports clubs in the country is an asset to guarantee social equality? That's just government presence for the sake of government presence. I don't think that's the way our parties think, considering the high level of the debates around this House. I know a lot of left-wing parties would say yes to maintaning this law, arguing how private clubs are another form of social split, keeping "the poor" out and "the rich" in. That's why we keep working in this House to reassure said social split doesn't get to exist in Beluzia at all. And most of the votes in this legislature are headed exactly in this direction. So the funding of sports clubs being government-exclusive can be necessary in the first years of national policy changes regarding social equality, but they become just an unnecessary expenditure after the most vital aspects of society are changed and kept by an Assembly that cares about the working people. OOC: Sorry for bringing real facts, but the whole thing of citizens' social life being almost owned by the state is a characteritic more of fascist regimes in history tha anything.

Article 2: This we kind of disagree with our friends. Charter schools could actually become an point of social divide, and worst of all, funded by the state. This is too big of an issue to be decided in a fragmentary way. We need to have an national stance on this matter, and we think the current law is better (not ideal) than the proposed one.

Article 3: That's debatable as well, and we would be willing to be convinced. The current law is the guarantee we have of national identities being preserved, and our great history's material culture getting the proper attention and caring. Federalising the issue could result in some local governments that care a little less about this issue letting our culture and history get mistreated. But, on the other hand, you could make a point that this new proposal would mean the valorization of small ethnic groups that are stronger in some areas than in other. We would love to listen to that point. But we still think our current policy is an better option for our material patrimony and culture.

Random quote: "Capitalism and communism stand at opposite poles. Their essential difference is this: the communist, seeing the rich man and his fine home, says: 'No man should have so much.' The capitalist, seeing the same thing, says: 'All men should have as much.'" - Phelps Adams
