MessageThere is no state of emergency and certainly no civil war. There has, admittedly, been a series of high-profile incidents of violence but when tensions run high, that sometimes happens. We will not involving any of our allies in domestic incidents and I find it grossly irresponsible that you request to do so. Since the murder of Randell Ross, tensions appear to have eased and I am hopeful that the former-KRF will appoint a more reforming and conciliatory leader.

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules.
