| The Roccato State Special Minister for Consumer Grievances,Mrs.Dana Wilson has proposed the Creation of the Roccato State Consumer Board.This Board will be a quasi judicial Body dealing with consumer grievances and will provide Judgements Regarding that,This Board will have 3 members,The head of the Board shall be a serving or retired Roccato Appellate Court Judge and one of the members shall be a woman,The Board will have persons of integrity and standing serving in fields such as Law,Ecomomics and Public Administration It will:-Provide Judgements on Appeals from District Consumer Court or Deal in cases which deal with losses of between 50,000 and 1,500,000 HLR. Likewise a District Consumer Board will be created in All 30 Districts of Roccato which will hear consumer grievances from within the particular District.I t will also consist of a similar composition of member"s,All Consumer Grievances will be heard and cases will be cleared within 90 days of the first hearing |
