| The Society of Sadists propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Endralonian Empire. This is a special budget to shut down the disgusting fiscal excess in the military and instead improve our hospital and school programmes. http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a53/FuyutsukiKozo/Endrabudget2180.png The proposal comes directly from the Chancellor, though the Finance Minister is free to produce a counter proposal if they so wish. We felt the need to do this before the close of the current financial year. |
