Message | Mr President, Members of Congress. It seems we have a new head of state... The Shah of Aldegar, Shanam I, has instructed his ministers to inform us that he is now King of Baltusia - amongst other titles - and that we should officially recognise him as such. (OOC - The message can be found on our nation's message board, along with a link to a news article outlining how this all came about: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1852&p=108889#p108889 ) It does not need me to state the facts: Baltusia is a republic and we will defend our democratic rights and processes to the hilt. Our head of state is the individual elected by the people - i.e the president. I call for a vote to show any who would try to undermine the values of our constitution that we do not wish to have an unelected head of state - therefore please vote NO to the proposal attached to this bill. When the vote is in I then call on Foreign Secretary Wright to contact the Aldegarian Ambassador to pass on the results to the Vizier of Aldegar so he may share them with his most high majesty. Ralph Mason, Majority Speaker of the House. |

Message | To undermine our national sovereignty and constitution without the approval of the parties, thus without the consent of the people of Baltusia, is an action that must forever be rejected. My party calls on Congress to vote for a democratic leader that the people of this country can decide on, and so we vote no - BDGP Chairman James Herbert |

Message | "I am delighted to see Baltusian parties, from all across the political spectrum, come together to oppose any kind of claim to rule Baltusia. Baltusia is a Republic and we must remain a republic. When we work together we can defend Baltusian values and stop foreign pressure defying our constitution, such as the likes of Mr Shanam." President Burgmuller |

Message | Telegram to be delivered to the Batlusian Congress: "Greetings, Whether or not you recognise the His Most High Majesty Shahnam I as what he truly is, the lawful and legitimate King of Baltusia, is irrelevant. Yazdān is the judge, not us. Furthermore, you have clearly shown you know absolutely nothing about His Most High Majesty with your disgusting and ignorant comments in this debate. Firstly, any republic in Baltusia is a false regime. Baltusia should be under the authority of the He Dynasty, as it has been for decades! His Most High Majesty is not NOW King of Baltusia, he has always been King of Baltusia. Then comes this horrific comment about Ahmadis! How dare you accuse His Most High Majesty of being a ruthless and uncivilised Ahmadi barbarian! Such comments are deeply offensive and demonstrate the 'Revolutionary Anarcho-communist Party' are a heathenistic organisation. Finally, His Most High Majesty is called a 'foreigner'. This is misguided because it is the current Baltusian government that is truly foreign! How can they not understand that the Baltusian people are desperate for the ascension of His Most High Majesty Shahnam I? That is your loss. Regards, Vazir -ye Divân Tutak Esfahani Hezb-e Melli-ye Aldegār" |
