Bill: OOC: Governor Clean Up

Details

Submitted by[?]: Fortschrittsvereinigung

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4196

Description[?]:

Many of you wouldn't have been here when the Governor system was first set up to put it basically, each region has two governors, determined by the number of votes a party receives in a State Election. The top two parties will be allocated one Governor each, unless a single party has over 50% in a region, in that case they take both Governors. In the past me and the Radicals operated as one party under the banner of the Progress/Radical Alliance, thus we were tallied together. However since the end of that and the arrival of the Alliance for Democracy, we are now counted only as separate parties. I decided this would be fairer seeing there's new parties. In all there are ten Governors in the Dorvish Republic. I thought we all needed to be reminded of the Governor system, I've been lazy lately and not kept up to date with it...Basically I need the names of governors from each of the parties that has them, as well as the names of former Governors (I really am very behind xD). In addition to this, I am considering allocating one Governor to the country's capital city, Haldor, this will make RP more interesting and will also break the deadlock as ten's an even number (although the President sits with Governors and can break a potential deadlock, but I'd like to reform this so the President can only veto a proposal via creating a deadlock is they see fit). Without further ado, here's the list of Governors that I need:
Do feel free to check the wiki's for these as well.

Random fact: "Kubrk" is a Jelbic word that has the colloquial meaning "old man" or "geezer".

Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R. Magel
