Description[?]:

Description: The Federal Navy has the role to provide serious, rapid, and sustained naval support, power projection, and forces to areas of concern to support foreign and national security objectives as set out by senior policy makers. While operational control of naval forces rests with the combatant commanders in their respective operational commands, the Navy is responsible for providing personnel, training, recruitment, and support for these operational commanders.

Navy Specific Commands and Installations:
-Naval Training Command: responsible for the training and development of sailors to perform naval missions
--Enlisted Recruit Training Command: based in Limenostomo; responsible for basic education of sailors and advanced technical rate training
--Federal Naval Officers Academy: based in Kostanidan Bay, a naval college responsible for training officers
--Federal Naval Officers Commissioning Service: administratively headquartered in Belgae, responsible for running Officer Candidate School (based in Hespiro) and Naval Officer Training Corps in universtieis nationwide
-Naval Personnel and Manning Command: responsible for the manning of naval missions and forces and handling internal administrative issues
--Force Mission Support Service
--Fleet Mission Support Service
--Naval Administrative Services
-Navy Facilities and Support Command: responsible for the construction, maintenance, and upkeep of shore installations
--Naval Home Naval Base Support
--Naval Deployed Support
--Naval Support Detachment Keymon
-Fleet Support and Construction Command: responsible for the oversight, commissioning, and readiness of the surface and subsurface fleet
--Naval Surface Warfare Development Centre: responsible for the commissioning and conustruction of surface platforms
--Naval Subsurface Warfare Development Centre
--Naval Aviation Warfare Development Centre

To support this mission, the Chief of Naval Staff has the following immediate command which is designated as the Federal Naval Staff (FNS); this staff consists of approx. 900 naval personnel:
Chief of Naval Staff
-Vice Chief of Naval Staff
--Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Naval Administration and Support): NTC, NMPC, and NFSC report to them
--Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Fleet and Forces Development) FSCC reports to them
--Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Naval Intelligence and Security): the Naval Intelligence Unit, Naval Security Forces, and Federal Navy Police report directly to them
--Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Force Deployment and Operational Support): assists of the CNS in support and coordinating support to deployed and operational forces
--Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Information and Special Operations Support) responsible for training and assigning manpower support to INSOCOM

Reporting directly to the CNS and his staff are the Fleet Commanders, who command and are responsible for the provision of naval forces assigned to their respective commands. To cut down on duplication, these fleet commanders are also given operational control of their forces to meet the needs of the operational commanders they serve under as well. If there are conflicting orders given by administrative and operational commanders, the Fleet Commanders are responsible to follow operational commands until the conflict is resolved by higher authorities in the chain of command.
Fleet Commanders have two tiers: the specific fleet commands assigned to the sub operational commands, and the overarching naval authority who reports to the main Operational Commander.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
