Message | The UPI would prefer to adjust the income tax rather than sales tax to accomplish a tax cut for low income families. Like it or not wealthy people spend more on food than do low income families, we would like to continue to make significant revenue from sales tax on such food, meanwhile we would like major tax relief on income tax. ---Stefan Monet, UPI Finance Advisor |

Message | To change income tax, one must go to the Cabinet page, at the bottom there's a link for minister actions. In there is where the Finance Minister can propose income tax legislation. Anyone can do this as they're still testing the system. |

Message | In that case, should I cancel this bill and introduce that, even though I am not finance minister? Or can I petition him to change it? |

Message | you can't cancel a bill you send to vote. I don't see anything wrong with going ahead and making your own income tax proposal. I was thinking of doing it myself. |
